A real grade with smooth transitions, narrow side walls and an upper landing.

What you’ll learn

Stop on the grade with the brake held. Drive creep may not overcome gravity: add throttle progressively as you release the brake. Rollback can occur in Drive. Finish stopped in Park on the upper landing.

What to observe

Watch both side walls in the mirrors. The hood changes relative to the horizon as the four wheels cross the ramp transitions.
